Garden Volunteers Needed

Volunteers are needed to develop the City's Intergenerational Community Garden at Annie Silver Community Center.  Proposed as a community activity, and supported by a grant from the State of Florida Dept. of Elder Affairs, this project is intended to build community cohesiveness and stability via sustainable food and landscaping practices.  Families, retirees and teens are encouraged to come out and work together for a more sustainable future, with safer and more cohesive neighborhoods.  Please call 941-778-4619 for more information on how to join in the fun!
