Access Public Records
From this area you can access Public Records and Documents. Some records are archived in our online database. Some are made available through the Municode website.
The City Charter and Code of Ordinances are available at www.municode.com
Supplemental, new and revised ordinances can be found HERE
The City's Land Development Code is found online at Municode as well. you can navigate to the LDC section fron the municode menu on the left.
The Building Codes of the State of Florida are availalbe from the State site Here
Going forward, all public records and documents will be entered into the database. Archives (documents produced prior to the implementation of the database) will be added as time and finances permit.
How to search our database
All documents in the database are searchable by one or more of the following terms:
- Title
- Date
- Department
- Owner/Author
- Category
- Description
- Content (keywords)
Simple Search
A simple search is based on a single word or phrase and will return a list of all documents found with the matching word or phrase. For example a search on the word "form" would return a list of all forms contained in the database.
Once a list is generated, a secondary search can be performed within the results of the initial search to narrow down your results.
Advanced Search
With the advanced search tool you can select a number of criteria to define your query including all of the fields listed above. You will be presented with a drop down list of available choices and may choose one or more fields, and more than one entry in each field.
By better defining your search you will be able to access the desired document with ease
